In order to process your booking we require the following details from you:
- Name and address (street, post code, city and country)
- Your email address
- Day of arrival
- Day of departure
- The room category you require
- The number of rooms you require
- Any special requirements, e.g. air conditioning or additional beds
If you require us to pick you up at the airport then we also need the following information:
- Day of arrival
- Time of arrival
- The airline you are travelling on
- The flight number
These data will only be used to process your booking and will be deleted after your departure. We never pass confidential data on to third parties.
Regrettably, we cannot accept bookings of less than 7 days from 15th December to 15th January. Occasionally rooms may become available for shorter periods at short notice: please enquire in person at the hotel counter whether accommodation is available.
We also regret that we cannot accept bookings that we receive less than 10 days before you are due to arrive in Sri Lanka. Very frequently, email services are interrupted or delayed in Sri Lanka, meaning that we cannot guarantee that your booking will be processed if it is received less than 10 days in advance. Please visit us in person and we will do everything we can to offer you accommodation.
Terms and Conditions
- You will receive confirmation that we have received your email within 48 hours. Please check that all your personal data are correct. If you do not receive an answer from us within 48 hours then a transmission error may have occurred. Please resend your enquiry.
- Should the date / room you have requested not be available, we will send you alternative suggestions, if required.
- A letter confirming your booking will be sent within three to four days to your postal address. This confirmation is binding for both parties.
- You are not required to pay a booking deposit in advance. Please pay all charges after your arrival in Sri Lanka.

Should you cancel your booking we will charge you a cancellation fee:
- no fee if you cancel up to six weeks before your date of arrival
- 5 % of invoice total if you cancel within six weeks of arrival
- 10 % of invoice total if you cancel within four weeks of arrival
- 20 % of invoice total if you cancel within two weeks of arrival
- The cancellation fee is based on the Interbank Exchange Rate on the day we receive your cancellation, minus 2.5%.
- These Terms and Conditions will be sent to you with your booking confirmation and are binding for both parties.
